I’ve walked through seasons of deep grief and restless nights. I’ve also known the quiet joy of discovering something new in a familiar Scripture, the slow steady work of building faith in ordinary days, and the surprise of God showing up in unexpected places.
What I’ve found is that He meets us in all of it — the hard seasons and the hopeful ones. In the quiet. In the Word. In the abiding. That’s where Bydand was born.”
What is Bydand?
The word comes from my Scottish heritage — Clan Gordon’s motto. It means “remaining” or “abiding.” It’s a promise to stay.
Bydand — The Abiding Place is where I create Scripture-based resources to help people grow deeper in faith and find genuine rest in God’s Word. Whether you’re walking through a difficult season or simply hungry to go deeper, everything here is an invitation to slow down, open Scripture, and be present with the God who remains.
